“Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!” (Aka “Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na!“) is an entertaining anime series in the comedy genre. One of the most successful anime of 2020, the anime licensed by Crunchyroll. And it is prepared by Science Saru, a relatively new animation studio. The anime series directed by Masaaki Yuasa, who is also the director of Japan Sinks: 2020, is originally a manga adaptation. The original story is based on the manga written and illustrated by Sumito Ōwara. The anime series originally aired on TBS, MBS, CBC, BS-TBS local channels between April 5, 2020 – May 10, 2020. The anime, which was also featured on HBO Max, gained viewers from all over the world. Now fans are wondering about the second season of the show.
What is the plotline of ‘Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!’
Based on the manga of the same name by Sumito wara, the series tells the story of three high school students coming together to make anime.
Midori, Sayaka, and Tsubame; They establish an Eizouken (Video Production) club in their high school and start working to create the universes of their dreams. Concept illustrator and director Midori, character illustrator animator Tsubame and Sayaka.
Asakusa Midori wants to create an anime but is too discouraged to take the first step on her own. Out of luck, she secretly meets socialite Mizusaki Tsubame, who dreams of becoming an animator. Will there be a second season of the anime?
As of November 2020, the series is still not renewed for a second season. However, we are very hopeful about seeing a new season of the series. You will read some of our analysis of how and when.
The series is an adaptation of the manga written by Sumito Ōwara, as we mentioned earlier. The manga series, published in Monthly Big Comic Spirits, began broadcasting on July 27, 2016. The good news is that manga still continues today. This may allow us to see a new season in the future, but that won’t happen anytime soon because the manga was mostly adapted to anime.
The series has a live-action recently. The live-action movie released in September 2020 did not get enough appreciation as the anime.
The popularity of the series is average, but the anime is an undiscovered success. The reviews and the IMDb score prove it. If the series gets a new season approval, enough manga adaptation can only be achieved in 2022. This means that we cannot see another season before 2022.
For those who want to read the series’s manga, only 1 volume has been translated into English yet, and the second volume will be released on January 27, 2021. The English version is published in Dark Horse Comics.
