The New Fruits Basket anime movie is released!
On June 28, 2021, a new anime project of Fruits Basket was announced. The series, which will focus on Tohru’s parents Kyoko and Katsuya, will meet with the audience in 2022. The compilation film also tells the prequel story titled “Kyо̄ko to Katsuya no Monogatari“. This section was not adapted into the Fruits Basket anime that aired between 2019-2021.
